The preferred candidate is an Architectural Designer who is also a BIM expert to be
in-house BIM Manager. This position will be responsible for refining and updating all office & project- type templates, families, and libraries – as well as providing active and direct assistance to Revit/CAD project teams. This person will also develop processes and on-going in-house training to individuals and groups with skillsets ranging from Revit/CAD novices to intermediate users. The Sr. Architect / BIM Manager shall be teammate and divide time equally between participating as an active project architect contributor and providing firm-wide BIM leadership, assistance and support.
Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Minimum 12 years of experience in design and design management in a similar consultancy firm.
Architecture degree from a reputed university.
Registered as “Grade A” Architect with MME
QCDD Certified with very good understanding of Fire life safety code local and NFPA.
PMP Certified.

Registered and licensed by GORD (GSAS) is an advantage.

Structural Design Engineer
The Senior Structure Engineer shall be responsible for design and develop structure design for building of several type of projects, including government institutions, commercial, residential, industrial, towers and mixed-use developments.
This position requires a qualified Structure Engineer with extensive experience in design development, working drawings production, specification and approval requirement.
Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Experience Preference: Steel & Concrete structures/ High, Medium & Low Rise Residential, Office, Commercial, Industrial Structures etc.
Working software knowledge in STAAD–Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP, Prokon, TEEDS, Auto Cad and MS Office etc.
Should be well conversant with BIM / Revit, Robot and other similar software.
Should be familiar with wind & earthquake resistant structure design.
Knowledge of International standards such as British and American standards for design of RC & STEEL structures.
Coordination abilities to interact with within/outside disciplines, contractors and with senior management.
Should have experience in calculation, report preparation, hand calculation (if required)

The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible to develop sustainable building services on numerous projects including government institutions, commercial, residential, tall towers and mixed use developments.
This position requires a qualified Engineer with good knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning systems, smoke management and QCDD requirement. The preferred candidate shall be knowledgeable with plumbing, drainage, firefighting and a successful track record of delivering detailed designs to the highest international standards.
Preference will be given to qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Ability to review building services documentations (drawings, calculations, specifications…) throughout the design process and contribute to content and direction
Proficiency in the design of sustainable HVAC systems including air cooled as well as water cooled plants, firefighting and public health Engineering
Experience in using computer design tools
Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals
prior design experience with various building services design codes such as British standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC and other international codes
Previous experience in Lusail City project is an asset

Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
Ensure the establishment of quality procedures including time limits for inspection, sampling and testing of works and other QA/QC requirements.
Oversee and manage quality assessment of materials through regular and rigid laboratory tests.
Ensure specific quality standards are constantly met at all levels of construction projects.
In consultation with the project staff, review technical specifications and recommend standard construction specifications for all items of works for their effective use in projects’ works.
Review all standard test forms to be used during laboratory tests, QA testing schedules and procedures and evaluate results as appropriate.
Review contractor practices and conventional methodologies and make recommendations where remedial action is required.

Monitor the consultancy projects in coordination with the Project Managers for post-contract and pre-contract jobs.
Create, maintain, pre-contract design schedules and plans.
Review and administer Contractors schedules and plans.

Produce tender plans to support bids.

Maintain event records to prepare Extension of Time – EOT later on.
Advise on any feasible change in scope needing evaluation of resources, time, etc. and raise it to the concern.
Prepare presentable related S Curves like for Earned Value Analysis, analyze SPI-Schedule Performance Index, CPI-Cost Performance Indicators, Cost Variance, Schedule Variance, Progress Measurement System, etc., as per requirements.
Assist in the preparation of the invoices or review according to contractual project requirements.
Responsible for preparing & maintaining lessons learned throughout the whole project.
Estimate a timescale for a project and ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
Work closely with Site Managers and other Engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
